-> Collecting co pays deductibles and past due balances.
-> Accurately verifies patient insurance and enters into practice management system.
-> Must be willing to cover late nights and travel to outer offices if needed.
-> Helps answer phones and properly greets registers and schedules patient appointments.
-> Works closely with team members to ensure all job duties are completed efficiently and effectively every day.
